The Law Offices of Maurice Woods, II seeks to add a litigator with experience in civil practice. Historically known for insurance defense work on behalf of some of the largest insurance companies in North America, we continue to focus heavily on catastrophic personal injury, complex construction defect, commercial business litigation, and first party insurance and insurance bad faith. We are a nimble, small firm collaborative environment where many of our clients’ cases actually get tried to juries in today’s legal climate where trials often seem rare.

We are seeking a candidate ready to immediately make high stakes courtroom appearances, take depositions, meet with critical witnesses and clientele, and provide appropriate strategic direction for pleadings, briefing, and case trajectory. Maurice Woods, II has practiced civil trial law in Oklahoma for 30 years. Mr. Woods is AV Rated by his peers through Martindale Hubbell, having tried nearly seventy jury trials he holds distinction of Advocate in the American Board of Trial Advocates, is recently nominated for induction into the American College of Trial Lawyers, and has been consistently named to Super Lawyers for nearly two decades.
