Focus: Integrate and lead end-to-end supply chain planning function (S&OP) for a manufacturer & distributor of market-leading products. Lead a team across demand planning, supply planning, capacity planning and purchasing in a high SKU / high velocity environment. Focused on driving integrated process, collaboration with customers and improving service metrics.
The Ideal Candidate- Has IBP / SIOP process expertise
- PE industry exposure preferably in mid-size manufacturing companies
- Executive presence / board-level exposure and interaction
- Change management acumen & CI mindset
- Longer-term potential / upward trajectory
- Minimum 10-12 years of related experience
- BA/BS degree
