Senior Procurement Agent – Oklahoma City, Oklahoma
Boise Defense, Space & Security (BDS) is seeking an experienced procurement professional to join our dynamic team in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.
Position Responsibilities- Source new parts and new suppliers for parts
- Manage internal business proposals for supplier selections
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify contract needs and specifications
- Evaluate proposals and negotiate contract terms and conditions
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions to achieve the best value for the organization
- Review and analyze contracts to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to streamline procurement procedures and ensure alignment with organizational goals
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and audit requirements
- Initiate and execute supplier improvement activities and integrate results into contracting strategies
- Must be a U.S. Person as defined by 22 C.F.R. 120.15 (U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee)
- Position is 100% onsite and scheduled for 1st shift
- 5+ years of experience working with Supplier Management, Supply Chain, Procurement, or strategic sourcing
- 5+ years of project management experience with multiple stakeholders
- 5+ years of drafting contracts or legal documents
- 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Office Products (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- Experience presenting for executive leadership awareness and approval
- Experience in Contract Management
- Familiarity with FAR and DFAR type contracting
Typically 10 or more years of related work experience or relevant military experience. An advanced degree (e.g., Bachelor, Master) is preferred but not required.

TravelPosition may require travel up to 10% of the time.

Pay & BenefitsBoeing offers a competitive Total Rewards package including base pay, variable compensation, and a range of benefit programs such as health insurance, flexible spending accounts, health savings accounts, retirement plans, life and disability insurance, and paid and unpaid time off. Pay is based on experience and qualifications.
Summary pay range: $102,850 – $127,050.
