SALARY: Starting pay rate at $23.83/hour, plus one hour of daily overtime paid at 1.5x the regular rate. Starting pay may vary based on experience.

ROLE SUMMARY pWe are looking for someone to join as a Logistics Coordinator at the Oklahoma City Lid Plant. This role is ideal for a detail‑oriented individual who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and supports cross‑functional teams.

As a key part of plant operations, this position focuses on inventory management, scheduling, and logistics coordination, while requiring strong computer proficiency and communication skills to ensure efficient and accurate execution of daily processes.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES ul liOversee daily inventory levels for raw materials, packaging materials, and scrap liTrack and manage consumption of raw materials and packaging supplies liPerform monthly physical inventory counts of raw materials, finished goods, and work‑in‑process liUtilize SAP / Excel to create shipping documents, purchase requisitions, and run inventory reports liCoordinate delivery schedules for inbound materials and supplies liSchedule incoming raw material shipments with suppliers liArrange scrap removal and recycling pickups with external vendors and warehouses liProcess customer returns and ensure proper documentation and handling liManage reusable packaging (dunnage) receipts and transfers liProvide production support materials and documentation to plant teams liMaintain accurate filing and organization of all logistics documentation liEnsure proper retention and distribution of required logistics records liDevelop, update, and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) related to logistics liResponsible for writing & updating SOP’s that pertain to logistics liSupport logistics initiatives aligned with company strategy /ul JOB QUALIFICATIONS ul liHigh School Diploma or GED required liProficiency in computer systems, including experience with Excel and SAP or the ability to learn liDemonstrated leadership, decision‑making, and problem‑solving skills, including use of structured methodologies such as 5-Why liSelf‑motivated with a strong focus on safety, quality, and continuous improvement (including practices such as 5S, OPLs, OWDs, and SOPs) liAbility to organize, plan, and manage multiple priorities effectively liStrong communication skills, both written and verbal liProven reliability, with flexibility to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed liExperience working in team‑based environments and supporting continuous improvement initiatives is preferred liActive participation in team initiatives and collaboration efforts liAbility to follow and support company policies, procedures, and operational standards liAbility to handle confidential information appropriately liAbility to stand, sit, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs as required /ul WHY ANHEUSER-BUSCH pAt Anheuser-Busch, our…
