Job Description

Our DC Associate will perform operational activities within the Distribution Center warehouse to achieve efficient and accurate fulfillment of customer orders and accurate receipt of replenishment product.

Job Responsibilities
  • Operate various MHE (Material Handling Equipment) safely and efficiently.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of products.
  • Unload and store product utilizing RF (radio‑frequency) technology.
  • Inspect inbound shipments for overages and shortages.
  • Pick and stage product for shipment.
  • Load trucks.
  • Maintain organization of product in the warehouse.
  • Assist the center to optimize operations and customer service to achieve the business plan and DC profitability.
  • Participate in cycle counts or physical inventory processes as required.
  • Maintain a clean work area and assist in the overall sanitation of the DC.
  • Complete MHE reports as required by company policy and OSHA regulations.
  • Perform any other tasks as defined by a Supervisor or Center Manager.
  • Abide by all Federal, State, and Local laws.
  • Perform other duties as assigned or requested.
Qualifications
  • Forklift certification preferred.
  • Experience with RF scanners preferred.
  • Safety‑first mentality.
  • Prior distribution center experience preferred.
  • Prior material handling equipment experience preferred.
  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repetitively while bending and twisting, and occasionally lift more than 50 lbs.
  • Employment is contingent upon a conditional offer and completion of all required pre‑employment screenings, as permitted by law.
