Associate Procurement Agent (Level
2)
Location:
Oklahoma City, Oklahoma
100% onsite; required at the designated location. This position is for 1st shift.
Export control compliance: a U.S. Person (U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee) is required.
Position Responsibilities- Performs continuous review and analysis of demand and supply
- Prepares and executes proprietary information agreements
- Supports sourcing strategies, negotiations and documenting of contracts and agreements
- Communicates performance expectations and metrics to evaluate and monitor supplier performance
- More than 1 year of experience in negotiating contracts or managing suppliers
- More than 1 year of experience in Supplier Management/Procurement as a Purchasing Agent or Buyer
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- More than 1 year of experience managing suppliers/vendors to deliver products and services
- More than 1 year of experience with proposal development and contract negotiations
- More than 1 year of experience working with U.S. Department of Defense contracts
- More than 1 year of experience with various contract types such as Time & Materials, Firm Fixed Price, Cost Plus type Government contracts, etc.
Typically 3 or more years’ related work experience or relevant military experience. Advanced degree (Bachelor, Master, etc.) preferred, but not required.

RelocationRelocation assistance is not provided; candidates must live in the immediate area or relocate at their own expense.
TravelPosition may require travel up to 10% of the time.

Pay & BenefitsPay range: $64,600 - $79,800. Total Rewards package includes competitive base pay and variable compensation opportunities, plus eligibility for health insurance, flexible spending accounts, health savings accounts, retirement plans, life and disability insurance, and paid and unpaid leave as per location and eligibility.
