Integrate and lead end-to-end supply chain planning function (S&OP) for a manufacturer & distributor of market-leading commercial/consumer products. Lead a team across demand planning, supply planning, capacity planning and purchasing in a high SKU / high velocity environment. Focused on driving integrated process, collaboration with customers and improving service metrics.
Seeking:
- IBP / SIOP process expertise
- PE industry exposure preferably in mid-size manufacturing companies
- M&A integration
Executive presence / board-level exposure and interaction - Change management / transformational acumen & CI mindset
- Longer-term potential / upward trajectory
- Minimum 10-15 years of related experience
