NetSuite Supply Chain​/Planning Analyst

We're looking for someone comfortable working inside Net Suite's supply chain and planning tools on a day-to-day basis. This is a hands‑on execution role, not a configuration, implementation, or Suite Script development role — we need someone who already knows how to navigate the system and run planning and supply chain tasks efficiently. This is a contract engagement supporting the Supply Planning Manager while Owlet's Net Suite process automation initiative is underway, providing execution bandwidth on planning and purchasing tasks in the near term.

• Monitor and adjust reorder points and safety stock levels in Adaptive

• Create and manage purchase orders, including tracking and follow‑up with vendors
• Provide light coordination with vendors/suppliers on order status

• Maintain item records related to planning, including lead times, reorder quantities, and vendor information
• Manage all transactions in Net Suite for outbound shipments including receipts
• Create inbounds and Transfer Orders (TOs) in Net Suite based on confirmed ship dates from our suppliers

• Pull and interpret saved searches and reports related to inventory and supply chain
• Flag discrepancies or issues to the internal team for resolution

• Minimum 1–2 years of hands‑on, practical experience navigating Net Suite
• Specific experience with Net Suite's supply chain and/or planning modules — not just general ERP/admin exposure
• Comfortable working independently once trained on Owlet's specific processes
• Reliable daily availability with at least 3–4 hours overlapping with U.S. business hours

• Background in supply chain, procurement, or inventory planning (even outside Net Suite) — supply chain fluency matters more than deep platform expertise
• Experience with saved searches and basic reporting in Net Suite

• Duration: 6–9 months, with possibility of extension
