Supply Chain Manager

The Senior Manager, Supply Chain oversees day-to-day purchasing, sourcing, supplier performance, inventory, and materials planning to keep material flowing and support customer commitments. This role drives operational improvement across the supply chain function — ensuring material availability, strengthening supplier performance, optimizing inventory, and supporting cost reduction — while partnering with Operations, Engineering, Quality, Finance, and Sales to resolve issues and improve service.

• Lead daily purchasing, sourcing, inventory control, and supplier management activities, developing the team along the way
• Support sourcing decisions balancing cost, quality, delivery, and supply continuity, including supplier negotiations and cost savings efforts
• Qualify and manage suppliers, maintain scorecards, and drive corrective action on performance gaps
• Optimize inventory levels, forecasting, and replenishment to improve service while managing inventory investment
• Use ERP/planning systems and KPIs to drive data-informed decisions and process improvement
• Resolve cross-functional supply constraints affecting production schedules and customer commitments

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business, Engineering, or related field
• 7+ years in supply chain, purchasing, sourcing, materials, or operations within industrial manufacturing
• Experience managing supplier relationships, inventory planning, and materials management
• Strong ERP/MRP experience and data-driven decision-making
• Strong analytical and communication skills

• Prior supervisory or team leadership experience
• APICS, CPSM, CPM, Lean, or similar certification
• Background in continuous improvement within a manufacturing setting
