• Ensure mirrors, windows, and glass are cleaned daily
• Manage trash (empty and wipe containers)
• Vacuum all carpeted areas
• Clean and disinfect toilets, urinals, and sinks
• Refill and clean dispensers
• Disinfect and clean showers throughout the day and as needed
• Scrub and mop hard floors to maintain cleanliness
• Assist with deep cleaning (carpets, tiles, etc.)
• Perform high dusting
• Assist with stairwell and running track detailing
• Change air dispenser cartridges
• Assist with exterior window cleaning
• Report facility issues to supervisor
• Secure the facility at the end of each shift
• Develop meaningful relationships with members, donors, and volunteers
• Assist with other janitorial duties as needed

This role is vital in ensuring a safe, clean, and welcoming environment, contributing to the overall success of the organization.

Work hours may extend beyond operational hours. Regular travel to facilities in the OKC metro and surrounding areas is required.

• Maintain current CPR/AED/O2 and First Aid certifications (training provided if needed)
• Complete officials training
• Complete all required Redwood trainings within 30 days of hire and renew annually
• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 3 years of custodial experience
• Good communication skills and ability to follow directions
• Proficient in using technology for reporting issues and managing time

$11.00 - $13.00 per hour
