Pay & Schedule
$10.50 per hour. Pay increases to $11 per hour after training (less than 2 weeks). Wages increase based on performance at 6 months and annually. You keep 100% of your tips. Employees are paid weekly.
Full‑time positions:
Monday through Friday from 8 am to 5 pm. Closed on major holidays. Employees can qualify for paid vacations and holidays.
Clean assigned locations in SW OKC and surrounding areas (Moore, Norman, Newcastle, Tuttle, Mustang). Perform cleaning tasks during scheduled shifts. Maintain physical fitness, be on your feet all day, and lift light loads (less than 15 pounds). Follow company cleaning system and safety protocols.
Requirements- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Be able to pass a background check.
- Have a great attitude, be a team player, and take pride in your work.
- Willingness to learn—everybody can clean, but not everyone cleans like we do.
- Be able to be on your feet all day with light lifting (less than 15 pounds). Physically demanding job.
- Driver’s license required.
- Reliable, insured vehicle required—company will pay for travel time between houses and reimburse mileage.
