As the Maintenance Director at The Gardens at Quail Springs, you ll oversee daily tasks, ensure the facility is safe and well-maintained, conduct routine inspections, and identify areas for improvement. You ll lead the maintenance team, guiding them in repairs, maintenance schedules, and project coordination. Engaging with staff and residents will be essential, as you ll address their concerns and requests with a smile.

• A high school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification in maintenance-related fields preferred.
• At least 5 years of experience in maintenance management, particularly in senior living or healthcare.
