Paycom is seeking a Facilities Manager to oversee maintenance, repair, and operations for Behavioral Health facilities and rural locations. You will manage preventive maintenance, vendor relationships, and life safety systems, ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.
Under direction of the Director and alongside the Senior Facilities Manager, you will lead staff, coordinate with departments, and respond to emergencies while sustaining high standards of facility operations and safety.
