City Care seeks a hands-on Facilities Lead for The Harbor, coordinating maintenance, repairs, inspections, and vendor interactions to keep buildings safe and welcoming for residents and staff.
Ideal candidates have 2+ years in facilities maintenance, strong troubleshooting, and the ability to manage multiple work orders across properties using CMMS. A Oklahoma Pest Applicator license is required or to be obtained.
