GGP is seeking a Facilities Technician at Quail Springs Mall in Oklahoma City to support the Operations Manager in implementing safety plans, maintenance standards, and repairs to preserve the property assets.
You will perform preventative maintenance, interior and exterior repairs, painting, lighting, plumbing, and cleaning tasks; assist with event setups, decor, and snow removal; and uphold safety policies during day-to-day duties and emergencies.
