  Strong ability to apply logical thinking to spot unsafe asset conditions (e.g., broken pool gates, burned-out exterior lighting) and report them instantly.

  Proficient verbal and written English communication skills to gracefully interact with residents, supervisors, and guests.

  Ability to manage multiple asset cleanup deadlines simultaneously while maintaining a positive, service-oriented posture.

  Clean, polish, and detail the primary leasing office, clubrooms, and community restrooms daily before the strict 9:00 AM standard.

  Maintain on-site model units daily to ensure they look pristine, fresh, and fully prepared for high-impact prospective property tours.
• Prep Move-In Vacancies:
  Execute complete turnover cleaning within vacant apartment homes, ensuring units remain completely move-in ready for incoming residents.
• Detail Lifestyle Amenities:
  Clean, sanitize, and maintain property fitness centers, common laundry facilities, and social hubs daily by 11:00 AM.
• Manage Supply Pipelines:
  Perform routine checks on commercial cleaning inventory and notify property management of product ordering needs on a bi-weekly schedule.
