G&E Partners are exclusively working with a Top 5 contractor in Oklahoma. They are seeking a seasoned Project Manager to oversee heavy civil construction projects. This is a senior-level position suited to a leader comfortable managing technically demanding, high-profile infrastructure work. The position offers long-term stability, and involvement in large-scale infrastructure programs.

About the position;

  • Manage the full lifecycle of construction projects ranging from $5M to $200M+, overseeing scope, schedule, budget, risk, and quality from preconstruction through final closeout.
  • Direct multiple concurrent projects with executive oversight, ensuring delivery is on time and within budget.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for owners, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams, proactively resolving issues and driving timely decision-making.
  • Lead contract administration including change management, subcontractor negotiations, and financial reporting to protect and enhance project profitability.
  • Implement and enforce corporate safety and quality control programs while mentoring Project Engineers and Assistant Project Managers to strengthen overall project performance.

Qualifications;

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline required.
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience managing heavy civil projects including Bridges and Highways, on projects valued at $30M+.
  • Strong working knowledge of DOT standards, procedures, and stakeholder coordination.
  • Proven background in cost control, scheduling, change management, and contract administration.
  • OSHA certification required.
  • Travel to job sites is required.
  • Strong bonus structure.
