This is a full-time, on-site role located in Oklahoma City, OK, for an Agency Development Manager. The Agency Development Manager will oversee and develop agency business operations, recruit and train new team members, and implement sales and marketing strategies. Responsibilities include strengthening client relationships, driving team performance, and ensuring alignment with the company’s goals. This role requires leadership, strategic planning, and collaboration with various stakeholders.

- Familiarity with the insurance or employee benefits industry is a plus
