• Prepare and maintain master project budgets and timelines to meet project objectives and client needs
• Coordinate project reports and drawing reviews for clients and project teams during all project phases
• Assist in the selection and oversight of consultants and construction teams for each project
• Review requisitions, change orders, and invoices, conferring with clients on costs and impacts
• Ensure compliance with government laws, building codes, and safety regulations

• B.S. Degree in Engineering or Architecture
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in an engineering/construction project accountability role
• Minimum of 5 years of project management experience required
• Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience in a project management capacity
• Hands-on experience with tenant improvement construction projects preferred

• Experience in leading, motivating, and developing employees
• Strong communication and relationship management skills
• Technical proficiency in project management software and tools
• Proven ability to multi-task and manage time effectively
• Knowledge of safety regulations and building codes
