Fully staff the store with quality people; recruit, hire, and retain restaurant employees.;
Ensure the entire team is certified according to the current training process and maintain service standards.;
Achieve or exceed sales plans by identifying goals, optimizing staffing, and increasing customer counts and average check.;
Maintain facility and equipment to operational and safety standards; manage cleaning schedules and uniforms.;
Lead and develop team members and future managers; conduct performance evaluations and disciplinary actions as needed.
