Senior Manager — Lead the Team & Run the Show

Kure is looking for a motivated, hands‑on Senior Manager who loves building strong teams, delivering great guest experiences, and keeping operations running smoothly. If you enjoy leading from the front, coaching people to success, and treating a market like it’s your own — this role is for you.

You’ll be the energy‑setter, problem‑solver, and go‑to leader who keeps the stores performing at their best while making work enjoyable for the team and shopping easy for guests.

🏬 What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead, coach, and motivate your team to deliver standout guest service
• Set the tone for a positive, high‑energy store culture
• Hire, train, and develop team members
• Create schedules and ensure strong daily coverage
• Drive sales through smart merchandising and product knowledge
• Monitor inventory and keep stock levels dialed in
• Oversee POS operations, cash handling, and daily deposits
• Review and approve timecards (never your own) and manage labor responsibly
• Handle guest concerns with professionalism and care
• Ensure the stores are clean, organized, compliant, and guest‑ready at all times
• Track performance metrics and take action to hit goals

Pay range and compensation package

Base Salary $50-60k + Bonus opportunity. Bonus structure is performance‑based and tied to the success of your assigned region.
