The Transitions Program Manager at Goodwill Central Oklahoma oversees all operations of the Transitions Program, a two-year employment and life-skills training track for young adults ages 18–24 with intellectual disabilities. The role combines trainer, job coach, and case manager duties while also supervising program staff, engaging families and community partners, and ensuring strong program outcomes.
Starting Salary: $62,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year.
