Salary: $75,000-$85,000 per year + bonus
About the Opportunity:Our client is an established tire and automotive service company serving both retail and commercial customers. We are seeking a Retail Service Manager to support the Location Manager and help lead daily operations at the Oklahoma City location.
This is a hands-on leadership position for an experienced tire or automotive professional who enjoys working directly with technicians, service advisors, and customers while maintaining high standards for safety, quality, and operational performance.

- Supervise, mentor, and support technicians and service advisors
- Oversee daily shop operations and promote operational excellence
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe facilities and work areas
- Deliver excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns
- Provide technical assistance and product/service recommendations
- Maintain strong communication between service and sales teams
- Ensure qualified and TIA-trained personnel perform assigned work
- Monitor shop performance and communicate operational issues and opportunities
- Assist with inventory, property, equipment, and vehicle management
- Support employee development and required training
- Follow company policies, safety procedures, and applicable regulations
- 3+ years of experience in the tire, automotive, or related service industry
- Retail tire store experience preferred
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Strong team-building and leadership abilities
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic computer systems
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced automotive service environment
- Strong commitment to quality workmanship, safety, and operational excellence
- Ability to regularly lift 80+ pounds
- Ability to stand, bend, stoop, and drive
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail and automotive service environment
