This role oversees Salesforce, Service Now, Icertis, Smartsheet, and Costpoint/Cognos to ensure these systems operate as secure, integrated, and reliable digital business platforms. The position enables standardized enterprise workflows, strengthens operational visibility, and ensures business platforms support scalable, compliant, and outcome-driven operations across the organization.
