This role is responsible for ensuring operational, customer, and organizational readiness for product launches, particularly for tiered-product releases. You will lead the Enablement and Launch Management teams and be responsible for aligning cross-functional teams, driving launch execution, enhancing go-to-market execution, and clearing obstacles to ensure successful product launches. The leader is exceptional at cross-functional collaboration, driving outcomes, and fostering a results-oriented team with a strong bias for action.

• Lead and mentor the Enablement and Launch Management teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Develop, implement, and mature the Launch Management practice to support tiered product releases, ensuring organizational readiness across all functional areas (e.g., Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Support).
• Drive consistent and scalable processes for launch readiness, from planning through enablement and execution, ensuring alignment with business goals and product strategies.

• Oversee product enablement initiatives, ensuring Paylocity’s internal teams (sales, customer support, implementation, and client success) have the tools, knowledge, and training to effectively support products and services.
• Establish scalable frameworks and best practices for knowledge transfer and ongoing learning to drive employee and client adoption of Paylocity’s offerings.
• Measure and refine enablement programs based on feedback, adoption metrics, and performance analytics.

• Work closely with product management, engineering, sales, marketing, customer support, and other key stakeholders to ensure successful Go-To-Market (GTM) execution, customer readiness, and operational alignment.
• Foster strong communication and alignment between cross-functional teams, ensuring all teams are informed, prepared, and aligned for launch success.
