Pay Growth: $21.00–$24.00 per hour after hire-on (based on production)

• Monday–Friday: 5:30 AM until finished (typically 2:00 PM–4:00 PM)
• Saturdays: 5:00 AM until finished (typically 10:00 AM–12:00 PM)

We are currently seeking dependable Packager / Production Associate (Brick Packer) candidates to join a brick manufacturing facility. This Packager / Production Associate (Brick Packer) role is a fast-paced, production-based position responsible for stacking and packaging finished brick as it comes off the line. The Packager / Production Associate (Brick Packer) position rewards consistency and productivity with higher earning potential after hire-on.

• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs repeatedly
• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Ability to keep pace in a production-based environment
• Attention to safety and quality
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Must pass drug test and background check

• Stack finished brick onto pallets
• Strap and wrap packaged brick for shipment
• Inspect brick for defects or damage
• Keep up with production speed and line requirements
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Work safely around moving equipment and conveyors
• Follow all safety guidelines and procedures
• Assist with other production duties as assigned

• Hot, dusty industrial manufacturing environment
• Standing and working on feet for entire shift
• Repetitive lifting up to 60 lbs
• Fast-paced, team-oriented production setting
• Overtime and Saturdays required during peak production
