We are seeking a dedicated, reliable mechanically inclined individual to support the Foam Department of Morrison Cup Solutions.
We currently have three shifts available:
A Shift: Rotating (Week 1: Monday
- Wednesday 4am - 4pm) (Week 2: Monday
- Thursday 4am to 4pm)
C Shift: Rotating (Week 1: Thursday
- Sunday 4am - 4pm) (Week 2: Friday
- Sunday 4am
-4pm)
- Understand and accurately complete digital work orders using iPads and related systems
- Operate and run all assigned machines at designated production speeds
- Lead and direct operators while promoting teamwork and efficiency
- Demonstrate strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues and implement effective solutions
- Monitor and maintain adequate supply levels for all materials required to operate machines
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, including 10-hour shifts
- Maintain strong attention to detail with a focus on quality, accuracy, and safety
- Communicate effectively and collaborate with management, maintenance personnel, and fellow operators to support production goals
- Assist with packing product as needed
- Adjust machine settings (HMI and machine adjustments) to ensure products remain within specifications
- Assist with and monitor the pre-expansion process as needed
- Load boxes into case packers
- Monitor scrap levels and report issues as needed
- Assist with covering operator breaks and lunches
- Have an understanding of manufacturing/machine operations
- Dependable (must be at work on time)
- Must be mechanically inclined
- Must have basic knowledge of general tools and their uses
- Pallet jack and forklift experience a plus
