Forklift Operator – 48forty Solutions

Location: 2211 South May, Oklahoma City, OK 73108

Shift: 1st Shift, Monday–Friday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm

Hourly Pay: $17.00/hr. (starting target range; pay may vary based on experience)

Summary: The Forklift Operator will load and unload trailers carrying wooden pallets and move pallets within the plant. All employment is contingent on passing a drug screen in accordance with local and state laws.

• Forklift experience (preferred)
• Quick hands, attention to detail, and commitment to quality
• Observance of all safety rules and regulations
• Willingness to work in a labor‑intensive environment, including overtime as needed
• Effective communication skills
• Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, lumber, carpentry, or construction setting (strongly preferred)

• Work may involve extreme conditions (heat, cold, air particulate)
• Repetitive lifting of 50–75 pounds and frequent bending, stooping, walking, turning, and standing
• Mandatory use of personal protective equipment (eye protection, ear protection, safety shoes)
• Requires good vision and balance, as well as eye‑hand‑foot coordination
