CNC Machinist
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled CNC Machinist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate is a seasoned professional with a passion for precision work and a commitment to completing projects safely and efficiently. This role offers competitive compensation based on experience ($18.00 - $25.00 per hour) and the opportunity to contribute to high-quality production in a collaborative environment.
Schedule- Monday through Thursday, 5:30 AM to 4:30 PM
- Two 30-minute breaks (AM and PM)
- Operate and maintain CNC machinery with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ensure timely completion of production tasks while adhering to safety protocols.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe tool room environment.
- Troubleshoot issues with equipment and tools as needed.
- 3+ years of experience as a CNC Machinist.
- Proven proficiency in manual tool room machinery.
- Strong sense of accountability and outstanding attendance record.
- Exceptional organizational skills and commitment to workplace safety.
Skills and Qualifications
- Expertise in plastic injection mold repair and maintenance.
- Ability to review and create part and injection mold drawings.
- Skilled in designing and building new injection molds.
- Experience with CAD software (Solid Works or equivalent).
- Proficiency in CAD/CAM software (Mastercam or equivalent).
- Experience operating CNC and EDM equipment.
To better assess your skills and experience, please provide details about:
- Years of experience with manual equipment (Manual Mill, Manual Lathe, Surface Grinder, EDM Sinker).
- Years of programming CNC equipment (CNC Mill, CNC Lathe, CNC Wire EDM, CAM Mastercam or equivalent).
- Experience designing plastic molded parts and injection molds (CAD Solid Works or equivalent).
- Years of experience building, repairing, and processing plastic injection molds.
- Please list your highest level of education completed, including any trade school, college, or correspondence school attended. Specify the degree or certification earned, if applicable.
