Warehouse Operations Manager

• Safely loads and unloads material from pallets, trays, racks and shelves.
• Safely operates forklift and other material handling equipment per safety policies.
• Accurately performs transactions in the inventory system (JDE).
• Assists in troubleshooting inventory accuracy issues through utilizing JDE.
• Fills KAN‑BAN on a routine basis to ensure proper quantities of parts are readily available.
• Creates equipment serial number and model number tags.
• Closes out and issues work orders.
• Cross‑trains in receiving duties to provide support as needed.
• Assists in moving finished goods as needed.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must have adequate computer skills.
• Forklift Certified.
• Basic math requirements, including addition, subtraction, multiplication and division.

• Self‑directed.
• Thrive in a team environment and work well with others.
• Demonstrate good organizational skills and follow‑up techniques.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and pay attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Show responsibility, respect, dependability, patience, and productivity to create a positive work environment.

Exposure to manufacturing environment; noise level may vary from moderate to noisy/loud in the plant area.
