We're seeking experienced Maintenance Mechanics / Millwrights to support a large‑scale manufacturing operation that produces high‑quality seamless copper tubing used throughout the:

• Plumbing systems
• Industrial manufacturing
• Engineered copper product applications

This is a hands‑on opportunity to maintain the critical equipment that keeps production running in a fast‑paced metals manufacturing environment. If you enjoy solving complex mechanical problems, rebuilding equipment, fabricating parts, and working with heavy industrial machinery, you'll find plenty of challenge and opportunity here.

You’ll install, maintain, troubleshoot, repair, and improve the equipment used throughout a high‑volume copper tube manufacturing facility while helping maximize production uptime and equipment reliability.

• Perform preventative, predictive, and corrective maintenance on industrial production equipment
• Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and power transmission systems
• Rebuild pumps, valves, cylinders, gearboxes, bearings, conveyors, and other production equipment
• Install, dismantle, align, level, and commission heavy industrial machinery
• Perform advanced welding, cutting, grinding, and metal fabrication
• Fabricate replacement parts directly from blueprints and engineering drawings
• Perform precision equipment alignment and machinery installation
• Conduct root cause analysis to eliminate recurring failures
• Complete equipment inspections and recommend reliability improvements
• Utilize precision measuring instruments including calipers, thread gauges, Pi tapes, and micrometers
• Maintain maintenance records through a computerized maintenance system (CMMS)
• Follow all Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures and safety standards
• Safely operate forklifts, aerial lifts, rigging equipment, and overhead lifting devices

• 3+ years of industrial maintenance or millwright experience
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills in a manufacturing environment
• Advanced welding and metal fabrication experience
• Ability to fabricate from blueprints, engineering drawings, and prints
• Experience maintaining mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, pumps, valves, cylinders systems
• Experience with preventative, predictive, and corrective maintenance
• Strong blueprint and schematic reading skills
• Familiarity with precision measuring instruments

This is a physically demanding manufacturing facility where you’ll support equipment involved in the production and processing of seamless copper tubing.

• Working in a hot industrial manufacturing environment
• Performing maintenance during production and planned shutdowns
• Climbing, kneeling, bending, and working in confined spaces
• Working at heights using fall protection
• Lifting heavy components, motors, pumps, and mechanical assemblies
• Responding to equipment breakdowns with urgency while maintaining safe work practices

• 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts available
• Overtime during plant shutdowns and emergency repairs
