As a Stacker Operator, you’ll be part of our corrugator team, responsible for stacking, tagging and preparing finished units for shipment. This is a hands‑on role for someone who’s dependable, detail‑oriented, and ready to grow in a fast‑paced production environment.

Shift: 2nd Shift (4:00 PM – 2:00 AM) — Must be available for overtime and occasional weekend work as needed

Starting Pay: $18.00/hour – Eligible for pay increases at 90 days and 6 months based on performance and attendance.

What You’ll Do
  • Operate conveyor lines and unitizer to stack finished units
  • Insert protective top/bottom sheets and tie sheets when needed
  • Count and verify unit and inch count; ensure proper load tags are in each unit
  • Restack, flip stack and hand‑band units as necessary
  • Communicate with operators and team about production flow
  • Help train others and cross‑train on other corrugator roles
  • Submit maintenance requests and support equipment upkeep
  • Learn to read corrugator lineups and support other roles (Slitter Operator, Double backer)
  • Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas

What To Expect On The Job
  • You’ll be on your feet for most of your shift. This includes standing, walking, bending, kneeling and regularly holding or moving up to 40 pounds
  • You will work near moving mechanical parts and in an environment where noise, vibration, and airborne particles are common
  • The facility is not climate controlled, which means it can be very hot in the summer and cold in the winter
  • Personal protective equipment (PPE) such as hearing protection, protective footwear, and safety glasses must be worn at all times
