Joining our dynamic team, BC Steel Buildings is currently seeking dedicated, safety-oriented, and experienced Painter to contribute to our ongoing success.

This specific role if for an experienced Painter position with experience specifically in airless sprayer operation. As a vital part of our workforce, you will be involved in various tasks, primarily prepping material for paint, performing paint functions, and safely staging large steel beams. You must possess experience with overhead-hoists and be able to safely maneuver steel products. Qualifications Responsibilities Will Include, But Not Limited To:

Airless Sprayer Operation  Clean and maintain a safe work environment  Abide by standard work procedures and job safety standards  Meet quality expectations for all output produced  Perform a variety of manual tasks in varying temperatures for extended periods of time, which may include lifting light to heavy materials, climbing, standing, squatting, and bending  Willing to learn company procedures on: cranes, paint preparation, and other manufacturing principles  Communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing  Additional duties and/or projects may be assigned  

Preferred Qualifications &

Experience:

Previous experience working an industrial, construction Painter position  Additional education and/or certification in manufacturing  Crane experience a plus  Conventional or Airless Sprayer Paint experience is a plus  Requirements Ability to lift 50lbs., bend, squat, kneel and or stand for extended periods of time  Must be able to follow all safety procedures  Possess a keen attention to detail  Proficiency in English, both spoken and written, is essential within our manufacturing plant to ensure compliance with safety protocols and accurately interpret job orders.

Salary Description $17.00 - $19.00 / HR Compensation may be adjusted with experience, and a thorough evaluation will be conducted during the interview process.
