We are seeking a Machinist to support our manufacturing operations by operating numerical control machines to cut, shape, or form metal work pieces to specification.

What You’ll DoIn this role, you’ll work closely with engineering, quality, and experienced production team members to support daily manufacturing needs.

Key Responsibilities Include:

Review setup sheet and specifications to determine machining procedures and part requirements.

Set up and operate CNC machinery, tooling, fixtures, and machine controls according to work instructions.

Monitor machine performance, identify issues, and make tool or workpiece adjustments as needed.

Measure and inspect finished parts to ensure quality and dimensional accuracy.

Complete required production, quality, and maintenance documentation accurately.

Collaborate with Manufacturing Implementation Specialist TEAM members to test and improve new or modified machining programs.

Maintain calibrated measuring equipment, tools, and fixtures in proper working condition.

Identify and report equipment issues, nonconforming materials, or production discrepancies to leadership.

Safely handle materials, coolant, lubricants, and hazardous substances in accordance with company procedures.

Move completed product to the next production stage or Quality Assurance area as required.

Follow all company safety, quality, customer, and regulatory standards.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

Work Environment and

Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, sit, use hands/fingers to handle/feel, reach with hands and arms, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, pull, balance, carry, and handle materials throughout the day.

Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to focus.

Occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.

Comfortable working around machinery and on concrete floors for a significant amount of time during the workday.

Proper PPE required and provided.
