Production Assembler | $14–$16/hr + Overtime | Blue Worx
Location: Oklahoma City, OK
Employment Type: Full-Time
Shift: Multiple Shifts Available
Pay: $14–$16/hr (DOE) + Overtime Opportunities
Blue Worx is hiring dependable Production Assemblers to join a high-volume manufacturing team in Oklahoma City. This is a great opportunity for candidates looking for consistent hours, plenty of overtime, and long-term growth in a fast-paced production environment.

What You’ll Do- Assemble parts and components using hand tools and production equipment
- Follow written instructions, diagrams, and blueprints
- Perform visual quality inspections during and after assembly
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workstation
- Support production goals in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment
- Assist with packaging, staging, and general production support as needed
- Follow all workplace safety procedures and PPE requirements
- Previous assembly or manufacturing experience preferred, but not required
- Strong work ethic and reliable attendance
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to stand for extended shifts, including overtime
- Comfortable performing repetitive tasks
- Experience using basic hand tools is a plus
- Willingness to learn and follow directions
- Plenty of overtime available
- Multiple schedules available
