Blue Worx is hiring an Electrical Assembler in Oklahoma City. This role supports the electrical department by assembling and wiring control boxes and performing light fabrication work. It’s a great opportunity for a hands‑on, mechanically inclined individual looking to learn new skills in a steady, team‑oriented environment.

• Assemble and wire control boxes and electrical components for production units.

• Perform small fabrication tasks using basic shop tools and machines.

• Follow detailed work instructions, diagrams, and blueprints.

• Inspect work to ensure accuracy and quality standards are met.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.

• Collaborate with team members and support other production areas as needed.

• Mechanical aptitude and comfort working with small components.

• Ability to follow directions and learn new processes quickly.

• Basic hand tool experience (screwdrivers, pliers, crimpers, etc.).

• Strong attention to detail and steady hands for fine work.

• Wiring or electrical experience is a plus but not required — training provided.

• Dependable, positive attitude, and willingness to learn.
