Work Schedule Fixed 4-day workweek (Monday–Thursday)

Shift:
** 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM
* ** 2nd

Shift:
** 4:00 PM – 2:30 AM Overtime may be required based on business needs

Key Responsibilities
** Leadership & Team Development
*** Lead, coach, and develop a team of 15–25 employees, including team leads
* Foster a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement
* Provide clear direction, feedback, and performance management
* Support hiring, training, and workforce planning
** Operations Execution
*** Oversee daily production to meet safety, quality, and delivery goals
* Maintain strong floor presence (~70%) to support teams and resolve issues
* Ensure adherence to standard work, policies, and procedures
* Monitor performance metrics and drive corrective actions
** Continuous Improvement
*** Apply lean manufacturing principles (5S, standard work, flow)
* Lead root cause problem solving and implement sustainable solutions
* Maintain training matrices and build workforce capability
* Drive improvements in safety, quality, and productivity
** Safety & Quality
*** Promote and enforce a strong safety culture
* Ensure compliance with all safety standards and procedures
* Support and reinforce quality standards and continuous improvement initiatives
** Administrative
* ** Manage time and attendance for production staff
* Utilize ERP system (Infor) and production data to support decision-making
* Maintain accurate records and reporting Qualifications
** Required
* ** 5+ years of manufacturing experience in a high-volume or mixed-model environment
* Direct supervisory experience leading production teams
* Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills
* Experience in lean manufacturing environments
* Strong problem-solving and communication skills
* Ability to read and interpret technical specifications and mechanical drawings
** Preferred
* ** Bachelor’s degree in a related field
* Experience using ERP systems (Infor preferred)
