1st Shift: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

Hours:

Employees are currently working 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM for the next couple of weeks due to the heat.

Position Summary:

We are seeking a dependable and motivated Woodshop Press Operator to join our production team. The Press Operator is responsible for operating woodworking press equipment, ensuring products meet quality standards, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment. No prior experience is required—we are willing to train the right candidate with a strong work ethic and a positive attitude.

Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor woodworking press machinery safely and efficiently.
• Load and unload wood components into press equipment.
• Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Follow production schedules and work instructions.
• Perform basic machine setup and adjustments as directed.
• Keep the work area clean, organized, and free of safety hazards.
• Report equipment issues or quality concerns to the supervisor.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
• Assist with other production tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

• Manufacturing or woodworking experience is a plus but not required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Ability to stand, bend, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
