As our AM Baker, you’ll play a vital role in crafting the baked goods that keep our customers coming back for more. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Preparing and baking a variety of fresh goods to meet daily production needs.
• Following recipes and ensuring consistent quality in every batch.
• Managing your time effectively to meet early morning deadlines.
• Maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
• Lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods during your shift.

Pay wage based on experience level.

We’re seeking someone who’s passionate about baking and ready to bring their skills to the table. To thrive in this role, you’ll need:

• 1-3 years of professional baking experience.
• A solid understanding of basic baking techniques.
• The physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• A strong work ethic and attention to detail.
