Job SummaryThe Manufacturing Engineering Manager is responsible for leading the Manufacturing Engineering team. This position will support all Manufacturing Engineering activities to ensure optimal performance of manufacturing operations, while achieving the highest level of safety, quality, and productivity in a world-class manufacturing facility. Manages various projects in the manufacturing environment from the concept through production implementation. Exhibits skills for being a strong, team-oriented manager able to prioritize and perform multiple tasks as required.
Identifies and develops solutions for improvements in safety, quality, productivity, and cost by utilizing strong problem-solving skills. Develops and implements manufacturing best practices for the plant. Works closely with the Operations team on the planning and execution of plant business strategy.
