About the Role

Blue Worx Staffing is hiring an experienced MIG Welder for a well-established manufacturing partner in the Oklahoma City area. This is a great opportunity for a skilled welder looking for flexible shift options and competitive pay with a growing company.

Responsibilities

• Set up and perform MIG welding on a variety of metal components to meet production specifications
• Read and interpret blueprints, weld symbols, and specifications
• Inspect welds for quality, consistency, and adherence to tolerances
• Fit and tack parts prior to final welding as needed
• Perform minor grinding, cleanup, and finishing of welded parts
• Maintain welding equipment and keep a clean, safe work area
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of hands-on MIG welding experience
• Ability to read and work from blueprints and weld symbols
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Reliable attendance and flexibility to work 1st or 2nd shift
• High school diploma/GED or equivalent; welding certification a plus
