Operate, monitor, and maintain the production line during 12-hour night shifts on a rotating schedule;
Start and stop equipment such as palletizers, carton makers, carton sealers, and drop packers with prior approval;
Accurately complete and update forms and logs (Machine Report, Quality Report, Downtime Report, Carton Top Load Report);
Follow plant safety rules and use PPE as required;
Perform housekeeping and assist with material handling to ensure continuous operation
