Production Manager

Compensation:

$115,000 - $125,000 annually, depending on experience

• Manage production personnel and workflow efficiency
• Develop inventory levels with sales and inventory departments
• Contribute to product strategy and R&D of new products
• Establish production and quality control standards
• Coordinate manufacturing activities and optimize resources
• Resolve operational and maintenance problems
• Oversee administrative activities and production data management
• Train and ensure compliance with policies and regulations
• Supervise multiple departments and manage staff responsibilities

• Associate's degree or equivalent technical education
• Experience in oil and gas valve manufacturing
• 10 to 15 years of related experience
• Proficiency in ERP software, Excel, and Word
• Reside in Oklahoma City Area

• Supervisory experience in a manufacturing setting
• Experience with emerging product development
• Knowledge of inventory management techniques
