PLA is seeking a Plant Manager for our pallet repair facility in Oklahoma City, OK. This hands-on leader will oversee receiving, inspection, sorting, repair, and shipment while ensuring safety, quality, and productivity align with CHEP and company standards.
The role reports to the Vice President of Operations, with a 15% annual incentive and full benefits. The base salary ranges from $95,000 to $110,000 annually, depending on experience, with onsite work.
