Starting Pay: $16.50/hour

Schedule:

Monday–Friday, 5:00 AM–1:30 PM Schedule will transition to 6:00 AM–2:30 PM as temperatures cool down.

Job Description:

We are looking for dependable, hardworking individuals to join our Lamination Department. Employees will assist with loading and unloading large wood panels onto the lamination press. After the panels are laminated, employees will trim excess laminate and clean the finished panels.

This is straightforward, hands-on production work. The ideal candidate is someone who is dependable, willing to work, able to stay focused on the task at hand, and committed to maintaining good attendance.

Responsibilities:

• Load and unload large wood panels onto the lamination press
• Trim excess laminate from finished panels
• Clean and prepare laminated panels
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow safety procedures and work instructions
• Stay on task and maintain consistent productivity
