Addison Group is seeking a hands‑on Floor Supervisor in Oklahoma City to oversee daily manufacturing activities and lead a small production team on the 6:00 AM–2:30 PM onsite shift. You will focus on keeping production on schedule, monitoring quality and output, and coaching employees to meet safety and efficiency standards.
The ideal candidate has 2–4 years in manufacturing with supervisory experience, strong mechanical aptitude, and a knack for problem solving.
