CNC Machinist

We're hiring CNC Machinists who take pride in producing high-quality parts and working with tight tolerances.

Shift Options

1st Shift 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

2nd Shift 4:30 PM - 1:00 AM

What You'll Do
  • Set up and operate CNC mills and lathes
  • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders
  • Make machine adjustments, tool changes, and offset corrections
  • Monitor machining operations to ensure quality and efficiency
  • Inspect finished parts using calipers, micrometers, and other measuring tools
  • Verify dimensions and tolerances throughout production runs
  • Troubleshoot minor machine and tooling issues
  • Maintain a clean and safe work area
  • Produce precision parts that meet customer and engineering specifications
What We're Looking For
  • Experience operating CNC mills and/or lathes
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
  • Experience making offsets and machine adjustments
  • Familiarity with calipers, micrometers, and other precision measuring instruments
  • Experience with Fanuc, Haas, G-Code, or similar controls preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • One year of CNC machining experience, technical training, or equivalent experience preferred

Work Environment

This position is located in a precision manufacturing facility producing components for the oil & gas, aerospace, and industrial sectors. Machinists work with CNC mills, lathes, tooling, and inspection equipment in a production environment where quality, accuracy, and safety are top priorities. The role is hands-on and requires standing, monitoring machines, performing inspections, and maintaining production standards throughout the shift.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Oklahoma City, OK.

Pay and Benefits:

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $30.00/hr individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
