Skilled Experienced Assembler

Express Employment Professionals is seeking a skilled Assembler to build, test, and troubleshoot products across multiple product lines. This role requires strong mechanical aptitude, the ability to read and interpret blueprints, and experience working with a variety of hand tools, fixtures, and measuring equipment. The ideal candidate has previous assembly experience—oilfield assembly strongly preferred—and a proven history of reliability and longevity in past positions.

This position plays a critical role in supporting production goals and continuous improvement efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble components for all product lines using the correct tools, fixtures, and equipment
• Perform testing on assembled products to ensure accuracy and quality
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to assembly and product testing
• Read and interpret blueprints; identify components; apply rework techniques as needed
• Use hand tools, measuring devices, and equipment to meet dimensional tolerances
• Create accurate labor records for all assembly and production transactions
• Apply Manufacturing System principles and tools to support continuous improvement

Pay: $18.50/hr

Schedule:

• Standard:
  Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
• As business needs:
  Overtime Monday–Friday, 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM and Saturday, 5:00 AM – 11:00 AM

Qualifications:

• Assembly experience required
• Oilfield assembly experience strongly preferred
• Proven longevity and dependability in past employment
• Ability to read blueprints and use hand tools, measuring devices, and rework techniques
• Strong troubleshooting skills and mechanical aptitude
