We are seeking a skilled CMM Machine Operator for a Full-Time position in Park City, KS. Responsibilities Set up and operate Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) to perform inspections on various components.

Draw sketches using Computer-Aided Design (CAD) programs or CATIA.Interpret engineering drawings and specifications to ensure compliance with quality standards.

Conduct regular maintenance and calibration of CMM equipment to ensure optimal performance.

Document inspection results and maintain accurate records of measurements and findings.

Collaborate with engineering and production teams to identify and resolve quality issues.

Assist in training new operators on CMM operation and best practices.

Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.

Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in machining or quality control is a plus.

Perform requirements of a Level II QA Inspector.

Proven experience operating CMM machines in a manufacturing environment.

Strong understanding of geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T).Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications.

Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Familiarity with quality control software and data analysis tools is preferred.
