Tired of sitting behind a desk while the creative team gets to have all the fun?

We’re looking for an experienced Account Manager who’s ready to get into the field, build systems, wrangle vendors (and yes… occasionally wrangle a few cats), and help us scale.

This is not your typical desk job.

At Old Pal Advertising, we’re growing our experiential marketing division while expanding our marketing and creative services. We need someone who thrives in motion, someone who can manage pre-production logistics one day and help steer creative strategy the next.

If you love solving problems, juggling moving parts, and building smarter systems as you go, this might be your role.

What You'll Do
  • Manage vendors and contractors leading up to experiential marketing activations
  • Own timelines, budgets, logistics, and execution details
  • Ensure activations run smoothly from concept to on-site delivery
Account Management
  • Maintain strong client relationships
  • Understand client goals and identify growth opportunities
  • Serve as a trusted partner and point of contact
Project Planning
  • Organize and align internal creative teams
  • Keep projects on track, on budget, and on strategy
  • Improve workflows and build scalable systems
Performance Tracking
  • Monitor and review key performance metrics
  • Continuously improve what we deliver to clients
  • Provide clarity, feedback, and direction as we grow
  • Champion team culture and rally everyone around delivering real impact
What We're Looking For
  • 2–3 years experience at a marketing, advertising, or full-service agency
  • Experience with project management tools (Asana preferred)
  • Strong organizational skills and obsessive attention to detail
  • Clear communicator who works well cross-functionally
  • Experience coordinating multiple vendors simultaneously
  • Comfortable working both in-office and on-site at activations
